This is a hybrid role, with three days in the office and two days working remotely each week.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>As a Senior Manager in Structured Finance, you will support the origination, structuring and execution of complex structured finance transactions, with a particular focus on receivables financing and securitisation. You will work closely with deal team members to execute and manage transactions, while also contributing to broader team initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The role offers exposure to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including clients, legal advisers, treasury teams, investors and other third parties. This is a hands-on opportunity for a professional with a minimum of three years\u2019 experience in structured finance, capital markets or corporate finance who is keen to play an active role in a dynamic and growing business.
