We're looking for a new product Marketing Director to join Liberty Growth, our $3bn investment portfolio of fast-growing businesses in content, tech, and infrastructure. You'll own how a new product comes to life \u2013 from brand foundations through to acquisition engine.<\/p>\n
Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll shape how we bring a new product to market: defining who we're talking to, what we're saying, and making sure it converts.<\/p>\n
This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks in brand and performance, gets energy from new technology, and has the digital-native instincts to know what works before the budget gets spent.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
What you'll own<\/b><\/p>\n Go-to-market strategy and MVP launch<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Brand development, positioning, and messaging<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Customer acquisition across digital and offline channels: paid, organic, social, search<\/p>\n<\/li>\n CAC optimisation, attribution, and performance reporting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Building AI-powered marketing workflows, from creative production and audience targeting to performance analysis and reporting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Agency and stakeholder management<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n What we're looking for<\/b><\/p>\n Creative, high-energy, and genuinely passionate about technology and AI<\/p>\n<\/li>\n An AI-native approach: you already use AI tools day-to-day and understand how they're reshaping acquisition, creative, and analytics<\/p>\n<\/li>\n End-to-end digital marketing experience, ideally in a digital-native business<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strong brand sensibility alongside genuine performance marketing fluency<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Proven ability to launch new products or thrive in high-growth, early-stage environments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Background in consumer apps, fintech, subscription, or DTC a plus<\/p>\n<\/li>\n A self-starter who sees what needs doing and gets on with it<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Who we are: <\/b><\/p>\n This role sits within Liberty Growth, Liberty Global\u2019s $3bn investment portfolio of fast-growing businesses in content, tech, and infrastructure.
