This is a hybrid role, with two days in the office and three days working remotely each week.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>As a Principal Engineer you will report directly to the CTO and serve as a senior technical problem\u2011solver embedded within various business units and functional teams across Liberty Blume. Operating as a high\u2011autonomy individual contributor, you will diagnose operational challenges, design technology solutions, and lead their delivery by leveraging a central pool of shared engineering resources.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This role is focused on identifying and unlocking high\u2011value business outcomes through technology, with a strong emphasis on AI\u2011enabled workflows, intelligent automation, and a cloud\u2011native development approach.
