This is a hybrid role, with two days a week based in our Bradford office. <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for a dynamic and commercially minded professional to help accelerate business growth through strategic customer engagement. In this client\u2011facing role, you will shape and deliver tailored Enterprise Systems solutions across Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), and associated back\u2011office functions including tax, treasury, and procurement.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This opportunity is well-suited to a driven professional with deep experience in Enterprise IT solutions and a talent for translating complex business needs into compelling service offerings. You will lead and contribute to formal RFP processes, develop strategic proposal responses, and play a key role in refining our customer engagement strategy to ensure strong solution alignment and commercial success.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b><span>What will you be doing?<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead customer engagement to understand business needs across Finance, SCM, HCM, and wider enterprise systems.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the full lifecycle of RFI\/RFP responses, working with technical, commercial, and delivery teams to produce high\u2011quality submissions.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary pre\u2011sales contact, ensuring proposed solutions align with Liberty Blume\u2019s capabilities and client objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Translate customer challenges into well\u2011defined solution proposals across Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and related technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate stakeholder contributions across Sales, Delivery, Legal, and Solution Architecture to meet quality and timeline requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Craft compelling, value\u2011driven narratives that position Liberty Blume\u2019s capabilities effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Lead workshops and discovery sessions to understand client operating models and digital transformation goals.<\/li>\n<li>Support bid strategy and commercial modelling, collaborating with Finance and Legal on pricing and contractual elements.<\/li>\n<li>Produce tailored, persuasive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, clearly articulating value, fit, and differentiators.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve reusable bid materials, including templates, case studies, and credentials.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor bid progress, manage risks, and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the process.<\/li>\n<li>Create and deliver engaging pitch presentations and supporting materials for client and internal meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span>We tend to look for people with:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><i>Essential:<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, or sales enablement within the technology or enterprise software industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., Pre-Sales Consultant, Project Manager, Solutions Lead, Bid\/Proposal Manager) within Enterprise IT or Business Transformation.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience with Oracle Applications and Technology (or equivalent) across key modules (Finance, SCM, HCM).<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with other back-office domains such as procurement, tax systems, and treasury systems.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing RFP processes, including drafting responses and coordinating cross-functional input.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret customer needs and map them to solution designs.<\/li>\n<li>Commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer value and internal viability.<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail with excellent writing and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience managing strategic relationships (including customers) in a fast\u2011growth or emerging software vendor\/service provider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><span>Desirable: <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead virtual teams.<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated, structured individuals with superior presentation or public\u2011speaking skills.<\/li>\n<li>High comfort level engaging with C\u2011level executives.<\/li>\n<li>Strong meeting and workshop leadership skills; action\u2011oriented approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span>What\u2019s in it for you? <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary &#43; bonus<\/li>\n<li>25 days annual leave with the option to purchase 5 more.<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy your birthday off, plus receive an additional 3 days of annual leave once you reach 5 years of service.<\/li>\n<li>Access to wellbeing and mental health benefits such as the Calm app, personal medical, critical illness cover and dental insurance, plus many more.<\/li>\n<li>Matched pension contribution up to 10%<\/li>\n<li>Access to our car benefit scheme<\/li>\n<li>Access to our online learning platform to continue to develop and grow your career with us<\/li>\n<li>The chance to join an innovative, fast-paced and passionate team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span>Who we are: <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Liberty Blume, a Liberty Global company, is a rapidly growing business services provider, specialising in tech-enabled back-office solutions.
