As the VP, Tax – M&A you will lead the tax workstream across M&A, disposals, joint ventures, minority investments, restructurings, and corporate development transactions, ensuring Liberty Global executes deals efficiently, compliantly, and with optimal tax outcomes.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
This role blends hands\u2011on transactional structuring with strategic leadership of our central tax function, supporting senior executives across multiple jurisdictions, including Bermuda, the UK and our wider international portfolio.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
What will you be doing? <\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
