We are looking for a HR Director to join us at nexfibre, based in Paddington, London.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The HR Director will lead the development and execution of nexfibre\u2019s people strategy, ensuring the organisation has the capability, culture, leadership and governance required to scale a national wholesale fibre infrastructure business.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
This is a senior leadership role, responsible for building a high\u2011performing, values\u2011led organisation while balancing pace, discipline and compliance in a highly regulated, investor\u2011backed environment. The role will be critical in supporting nexfibre\u2019s continued growth, integration activity, and long\u2011term sustainability as a national\u2011scale platform.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

What will you be doing? <\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
People Strategy & Leadership<\/b><\/p>\n Develop and deliver a people strategy aligned to nexfibre\u2019s business plan, growth trajectory and shareholder expectations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Act as a trusted adviser to the CEO and Executive Committee on organisational design, leadership effectiveness, succession and talent risks<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Build on a strong, inclusive culture that supports accountability, collaboration and performance at scale<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Organisation Design & Capability<\/b><\/p>\n Lead organisation design as the business scales, ensuring clarity of roles, decision rights and governance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Support leadership team development as nexfibre transitions from build\u2011out to operational maturity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Drive workforce planning across critical capability areas including engineering, operations, commercial, corporate functions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Talent, Performance & Reward<\/b><\/p>\n Own senior hiring and succession planning for executive and leadership roles<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Design and oversee performance management, reward and incentive frameworks aligned with investor\u2011backed infrastructure best practice<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ensure consistent, fair and commercially aligned approaches to compensation, grading and progression<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Employee Relations & Governance<\/b><\/p>\n Provide expert leadership on employee relations, ensuring issues are managed fairly, pragmatically and in line with UK employment law<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Oversee people policies, governance and compliance in line with regulatory and shareholder expectations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Act as escalation point for complex or sensitive people matters<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Change, Integration & Growth<\/b><\/p>\n Lead people aspects of change programmes, including growth, integration and transformation activity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Support effective communication and engagement during periods of change, maintaining trust and organisational momentum<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Partner closely with Finance, Legal and Operations to ensure people decisions are commercially sound and risk\u2011aware<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n People Function Leadership<\/b><\/p>\n Ensure scalable, efficient people processes, systems and data to support a growing organisation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Use insight and analytics to inform decision\u2011making and continuous improvement<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The ideal candidate\u2026 <\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n At nexfibre, we\u2019re building a culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
