A Senior Manager role could have the following responsibilities:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Financial Planning & Value Creation<\/b><\/p>\n
Own and enhance the Group\u2019s financial planning framework to drive transparency, capital discipline, and performance visibility. Challenge assumptions and identify value creation opportunities across the portfolio while streamlining planning cycles for speed and precision.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Operational Efficiency & Automation<\/b><\/p>\n
Lead initiatives to optimize finance operations and unlock margin through process simplification, automation, and data-led decision support \u2014 ensuring scalable, high-ROI financial infrastructure.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Performance Analysis & Investment Insight<\/b><\/p>\n
Deliver rigorous financial analysis and investment modelling that inform strategic decisions, track value delivery, and support performance improvement initiatives across OpCos and portfolio functions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Strategic Business Partnering<\/b><\/p>\n
Act as a trusted advisor to OpCo and Group leadership \u2014 translating complex financials into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic direction and optimize capital allocation.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Leadership & Talent Development<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Lead, develop, and empower a high-performing, lean finance team with a commercial and investment mindset \u2014 building capability to support portfolio transformation and sustained value creation.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
