Lead a high-performing finance team focused on portfolio-level impact. Develop talent with an investment mindset to support disciplined decision-making, capital allocation, and value creation across portfolio companies.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Financial Processes & Reporting Excellence<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Drive the standardization, automation, and improvement of central financial processes to ensure <\/span>accurate<\/span>, <\/span>timely<\/span>, and actionable portfolio-level reporting. Enable the Group to <\/span>monitor<\/span> performance and make investment-grade decisions efficiently.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Investment Analysis & Portfolio Insight<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Produce and interpret robust financial analysis, business modelling, and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives, capital deployment, and exit readiness. Provide insights that shape portfolio strategy and maximize returns.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Executive Storytelling & Decision Support<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Consolidate<\/span> and present complex financial information to Executive <\/span>leadership<\/span> and Investment Committees. Translate data into clear, actionable insights that inform investment strategy, capital allocation, and value creation plans.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Stakeholder Engagement & Capital Optimization<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Partner with senior stakeholders \u2014 including investment teams, portfolio company executives, and central functions \u2014 to influence strategic decisions, optimize capital use, and track value creation initiatives across the portfolio.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
