This hybrid role offers flexibility, with two days in the office and three days working remotely.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The Director of Implementation for Enterprise Systems leads the planning, execution, enhancement, and governance of the organisation\u2019s ERP and EPM platforms. This role provides both strategic direction and hands-on operational leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring that enterprise technologies align with business objectives, strengthen operational efficiency, and support data\u2011driven decision-making. The Program Director oversees system roadmaps, delivers complex multi\u2011phase initiatives, maintains high solution standards, and drives continuous improvement across enterprise processes and technologies.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b><span>What will you be doing?<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for ERP and EPM systems in alignment with business priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Lead enterprise-wide planning for system upgrades, enhancements, new module implementations, and integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee full lifecycle management of ERP\/EPM projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Establish program governance, including standards, workflows, project plans, and risk management practices.<\/li>\n<li>Drive optimisation of business processes across ERP\/EPM platforms to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee system administration, maintenance, data integrity management, and application support functions.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and mentor cross-functional program teams, including business analysts, project managers, developers, and system administrators.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate stakeholder workshops, user committees, and change management initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Present program updates, KPIs, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage program budgets, including capital and operational expenditures.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, licensing, service agreements, and SLAs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure cost-effective use of technologies, resources, and external consulting services.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that ERP\/EPM systems support accurate financial reporting, forecasting, planning, and operational analytics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span>We tend to look for people with:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><i>Essential <\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline (Master\u2019s degree is an advantage).<\/li>\n<li>Significant experience overseeing ERP\/EPM programs or other enterprise\u2011scale technology initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record delivering complex, multi\u2011module system deployments or upgrades.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of core business processes across functions such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Operations, and Planning.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced capability in project management, change leadership, and stakeholder engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to translate technical solutions into tangible business outcomes, including cost optimisation, risk mitigation, and revenue growth.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success partnering effectively with cross\u2011functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>Desirable<\/i><b>:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands\u2011on experience with major ERP\/EPM solutions (e.g., Oracle Cloud, SAP S\/4HANA, Workday, NetSuite, Anaplan, Hyperion, OneStream).<\/li>\n<li>Professional certifications such as PMP, Prosci, ITIL, or vendor\u2011specific qualifications.<\/li>\n<li>Background working within multi\u2011entity, global, or heavily regulated organisations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span>What\u2019s in it for you? <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary &#43; Bonus &#43; Equity<\/li>\n<li>25 days annual leave with the option to purchase 5 more.<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy your birthday off, plus receive an additional 3 days of annual leave once you reach 5 years of service.<\/li>\n<li>Access to wellbeing and mental health benefits such as the Calm app, personal medical, critical illness cover and dental insurance, plus many more.<\/li>\n<li>Matched pension contribution up to 10%<\/li>\n<li>Access to our car benefit scheme<\/li>\n<li>Access to our online learning platform to continue to develop and grow your career with us<\/li>\n<li>The chance to join an innovative, fast-paced and passionate team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span>Who we are: <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Liberty Blume, a Liberty Global company, is a rapidly growing business services provider, specialising in tech-enabled back-office solutions.
