This role sits at the nexus of strategy, execution, and influence\u2014where you&#39;ll help translate big-picture vision into tangible outcomes while ensuring nothing gets lost in translation across our complex, multi-OpCo organization.<\/h2>\n<h2>You&#39;ll be the person who makes the impossible look effortless: coordinating board presentations, orchestrating M&amp;A workstreams, helping manage strategic initiatives, and supporting the performance of the team. This isn&#39;t about taking meeting notes but about being in the room where decisions happen, shaping those decisions with sharp analysis, and then making sure they actually get executed. M&amp;A on executive-level processes including strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, and board reporting, you&#39;ll be the strategic right hand ensuring everything runs seamlessly<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Helping orchestrate cross-functional strategic initiatives across multiple technology teams and business units, from conception through delivery, keeping complex projects on track and stakeholders aligned<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Supporting M&amp;A workstream coordination<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Building and maintaining strategic planning frameworks, performance dashboards, and tracking systems that give leadership real-time visibility into what&#39;s working and what needs attention<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Acting as the central liaison between Tech Strategy &amp; M&amp;A and departments across business: Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, ensuring seamless coordination and communication<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Conducting strategic analysis, competitive intelligence, and business case development that informs our technology investment decisions and shapes our market approach<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Driving organizational effectiveness initiatives including technology town halls, team communications, and succession planning that build the culture we need to succeed<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><b>We tend to look for people with:<\/b><\/h2>\n<h2><b>Essential:<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2>Strategic business management, executive support, or management consulting experience in telecommunications, cable, or technology-driven industries<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Strong presence and gravitas to represent the MD Strategy &amp;
